Using the Right - hand thumb rule and properties of magntic fields lines we find that at point A magnetic field intensity would be perpendicular to the plane of paper in the inward direction `ox` [going into the plane] and at point B it would be perpendicular to the plane of paper in the outward direction `o.` .[coming out of the plane ].
