Explanation

Pancreatic acini found in the pancreas secrete pancreatic juice. It is transported by pancreatic duct. Thus by specific duct pancreatic juice (enzymes) are transported, so it can be termed as exocrine gland.
Islet of Langerhans secrete hormone insulin and glucagon, which are transported by blood to tissue / target organ. So it acts as endocrine gland.
