Statement: The net magnetic flux through any closed surface is always zero. i.e., `sum vecB.Delta vecs=0`
Explanation : Consider a closed surface .S. in a uniform magnetic field `vecB`. Let `Delta vecS` be a small area element of this surface with n along its normal.
The magnetic flux through this area element is `Delta phi_(B) = vecB.Delta vecs`.
Total inagnetic flux through the closed surface is
`phi_(b)= sum_("all") Delta phi_(B)=sum_("all") vecB.Delta vecs`
According to Gauss.s law in magnetism
`phi_(B)==sum_("all") vecB.Delta vecs=0`.
