The graph below shows how the force on a mass depends on the position of the mass. What is the change in the kinetic energy of the mass as it moves from x=0.0m to x=3.0 m ?

A circus wishes to develop a new clown act. Fig. (1) shows a diagram of the proposed setup. A clown will be shot out of a cannot with velocity v_(0) at a trajectory that makes an angle theta=45^(@) with the ground. At this angile, the clown will travell a maximum horizontal distance. The cannot will accelerate the clown by applying a constant force of 10, 000N over a very short time of 0.24s . The height above the ground at which the clown begins his trajectory is 10m . A large hoop is to be suspended from the celling by a massless cable at just the right place so that the clown will be able to dive through it when he reaches a maximum height above the ground. After passing through the hoop he will then continue on his trajectory until arriving at the safety net. Fig (2) shows a graph of the vertical component of the clown's velocity as a function of time between the cannon and the hoop. Since the velocity depends on the mass of the particular clown performing the act, the graph shows data for serveral different masses. If a clown holds on to hoop instead of passing through it, what is the position of the cable so that he doesn't hit his head on the ceiling as he swings upward?

Mauli and Vishva are best friends and they study in 4th grade. Recently, Mauli has been facing difficulty in reading the blackboard text from the last desk / bench. Vishva wonders why Mauli avoids sitting on the last desk / bench. On observation, Vishva found that Mauli often carries junk food in her lunch. Vishva has started sharing her lunch full of green vegetables and fruits with her. Mauli is now better and has also started taking a "balanced diet". What values do you learn from Vishva and Mauli?

The diagram shows a force extension graph for a rubber band, consider the following statements (I). It will be easier to compress this rubber than expand it. (II). Rubber does not return to its original length after it is stretched. (III). The rubber band will get heated if it is stretched and released. Which of these can deduced from the graph- (a). III only (b). II and III (c). I and III (d). I only

His classmate advised him not to tell the teacher. but he refused and told his teacher. On listening lu him patiently, the teacher did not scold him and threaten as it was just an accident and used the opportunity to show the internal structure of the ammeter to the whole class. On the basis of above passage, answer the following questions: What values do you learn from Bharat?
