For ideal transformer, we have
`( epsilon_(1))/( epsilon_(2)) = ( N_(1))/( N_(2))`
`:. N_(2) = N_(1) ( epsilon_(2))/(epsilon_(1))`
`= ( 4000 ) ( 2130)/( 2300)`
`:. N_(2) = 400`
