Here from diagram
`L=100 muH, C=1 muF , R=10 Omega`
`omega`= 70 k rad/s = `70xx10^3` rad/s
`X_L=omega_L=70xx10^3 xx100xx10^(-6)`
`=7Omega`
`X_C=1/(omegaC)=1/(70xx10^(3)xx10^(-6))`
`=1/(7xx10^(-2))`
`=100/7`
`=14.28 Omega`
`therefore` It is prove from those values that `X_C gt X_L`. So circuit behaves as R-C series circuit.
