Hydrogen has been used as a rocket fuel. Would you consider it a cleaner fuel than CNG ? Why or why not ?

Yes, hydrogen is a cleaner fuel than CNG because hydrogen burnt in presence of oxygen produces water vapours `(H_(2)Og)` whereas CNG that contain methane burns to produce carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.
