Let there be a quotient of two natural numbers in which the derin which the denominator is one less than the square of tor If we add 2 to both numerator & denomenator, the quotient will exceed `1/3 `& If we subtract 3 from numerator & denomenator, the quotient will lie between `0 & 1/10`. Determine the quotient.
