Step-1 :- Invitro fertilization ova from wife/ donor (female) and sperms from T husband/donor (male) are collected and made to fuse under simulated conditions of laboratory.
Step-2 :- Embryotransfer The zygote or early embryo (upto 8 blastomere).could be transferred into fallopian tube [ZIFT - Zygote intra fallopian transfer] and zygote with more than 8 blastomere into uterus (IUT - Intra Uterine transfer)
Embryos formed by invivo fertilisation (fusion of gametes with in female) could also be used for such transfer.
