In a hammer throw event, a solid sphere of mass `16 kg` is tied to a light `50 cm `long chain. A sportsman gives to ita constant moment of `30 N-m` for ` 10` seconds and then throws the sphere. Consider the sphere as a point mass. Find the moment of inertia about the axis of rotation.
