A body rolls over a horizontal, smooth surface without slipping with a translational kinetic energy `E`. Show that the total kinetic energy of the body is `E(1+ (k^2/R^2))`where ` k` is the radius of gyration and `R ` is the radius of the body. Using the above relation. Find the total kinetic energy of a circular disc.
