i. Many players eat some food during break time. Such food is generally rich in proteins ( for e.g. Protein bars ) orcarbohydrates( for e.g. Banana) which is a quick source of energy and helps players to stay energetic.
ii. Also drinking water, glucose or electrolytes keeps them hydrated , thus preventing them from feeling thirsty while playing.
Therefore, many players eat some food during break time.
