Some of the effects of excessive and irrational use of internet and mobile phones include the following :
i. Person using mobile phone for a long time remains unaware of his or he surroundings.
ii. The radiation of mobile phones causes several problems like tiredness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, tinnitus headache, insomnia, forgetrfulness, tinnius (buzzing in the ears), jont pains as well as problems in vision.
iii. The rations afect children more than adults.
iv. Also, continuous use of camputers and internet makes a person solitary and incapable to establish harmonious relations with relatives and other members of the society.
v. Such habits further make a person self-centred in nature and thereby lead to problems like selfishness.
vi. The person tands to beome less sensitive towards others and the long term effect of such tendency is that he stops helping others and is also not helped by other people when needed.
