When glass capillary tube of radius 0.4 mm is dipped into mercury, the level inside the capillary stands 1.24 cm lower than that outside. Calculate the surface tension of mercury. (Angle of contact of mercury with glass `= 135^@`, `g = 9.8 m//s^2`, density of mercury `= 13.6 xx 10^3 kg//m^3`)
