Minerals : The combined states of the metals which occur in the earth.s crust along with earthly and rocky impurities (i.e. gangue or matrix) are called minerals.
Ores: All the minerals of a metal cannot be used for the purpose of extraction of metal . In some cases the process of extraction is tedious and in some other cases It is not economialand profitable.
