A source of sound and an observer are stationary relative to each other. If the speed of sound changes, then which one, the frequency or the wave length of sound heard by the observer, will not change.

Find out the velocity at which a source of frequency 10,000 Hz should approach an observer at rest in order to produce a Doppler shift of 200Hz. (Velocity of sound=340m/s).
