`=(X+(-1-isqrt3)/2)(X+(-1+isqrt3)/2)`
`=(X+omega)(X+omegea^2)=X^2+omega^2X+omegaX +omega^3`
`=X^2+X (omega^2+omega) +1=X^2-X+1`
