`P(B|A^c)=(P(BcapA^c))/(P(A^C))=(P(B-A))/(1-P(A))`
`=(P(B)-P(A capB))/(1-P(A))=(0.6-0.12)/(1-0.4)=0.48/0.6=0.8=4/5`
