C) Ultraviolet - B: Uv-B damages DNA and mutation may occur. It causes aging of skin, damage to skin cells, skin cancers and snow blindness, cataract etc.
D) Ozone layer : Ozone layer acts as a shield and absorbs ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
E) Electrostatic precipitator : It is a device used to remove particulate matter in the exhaust from a thermal power plant.
