1M of `NH_3` completely reacts with 1M HCl. The salt formed is acidic

c) `2NH_3 + H_2SO_4 to (NH_4)_2 SO_4 `. 1 M of `NH_3` need 0.5 M of `H_2SO_4 `, 0.5 M still remain in solution.
