Suppose that a plane meets the co-ordinate axes at A, B, C such that the centroid of `triangleABC` is (3, 3, 3). If the intercepts made by the plane with the axes be a, b, c respectively, find the co-ordinates of A, B, C. Hence find the equation of the plane.
