The average speed of Avinash
= (150)/(10) = 15km/hr

It means the rickshaw took 5/8 and car took 3/8 of the total time i.e., the ratio of time taken by rickshaw to car is 5:3.
So the ratio of distances covered by rickshaw to car is
`5xx12:3xx20 implies 1:1`
