The formula of the compound is `M_(2)N_(2)` (M representing the metal) `2 xx `moles of `M= 3 xx` moles of N.
Now if the weight of the compound is 1 gram
then weight of M = 0.72 g and weight of N=0-28 g.
`:. 2xx(0.72)/("atomic weight of M") =3xx(0.28)/(14)` .
