Potassium carbonate cannot be prepared by Solvay process. Why ?

Potassium hydrogen carbonate (`KHCO_3`) is fairly soluble in water even in the presence of excess of carbon dioxide and does not get precipitated. Hence, `K_2CO_3` cannot be prepared by Solvay process.
