`(CH_3)_2 NH` being a `2^@` amine is more basic than `CH_3 NH_2 (1^@ ). NC C_2 NH_2` is less basic than `CH_3 NH_2` due to-I effect of CN group. `C_6 H_5 NHCH_3` is less basic than `CH_3 NH_2` as well as `(CH_3 )_2 NH` due to delocalization of lone pair of electrons on the N-atom into the benzene ring. Thus, `(CH_3)_2NH` is the strongest base.
