Differentiate between molarity and molality of a solution .How can we change molality value of solution in to molarity value?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Molality of a solution is the number of moles of solute dissolved in 1 kg of the solvent whereas molarity is the number of moles of solute dissolved in one litre of the solution. Moreover, molality does not change with temperature but molarity changes with change in temperature.
