How does the arrangement of neurons in the spinal cord differ from that of the brain?

In spinal cord, the gray matter containing the cell bodies of neurons lies on inner side and white matter containing myelinated axons on outer side, whereas, in the brain, gray matter is outside and white matter lies on inner side.
