Without changing the dimensions of the lever, if the load is shifted towards the fulcrum what happens to the mechanical advantage of the lever ?

If load is shifted towards the fulcrum, keeping the dimensions of the lever same, the load arm decreases.
Since, Mechanical advantage of a lever
= `("Effect arm")/("Load arm")`
Hence, the mechanical advantage increases.
