One should breathe through the nose and not through the mouth. Explain.

Text Solution

Nose contains hairs as well as mucous membrane which traps the dust particles and germs from entering in the respiratory system whereas if we breathe through mouth, the dust particles and germs will directly enter inside the respiratory system. Therefore, one should breath by nose and never by mouth.
