Why does temperature in Mumbai and Chennai not fall as low as it does in Delhi?

Mumbai and Chennai are located near sea-coast.
Due to high specific heat capacity of water, the huge amount of water makes the climate warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Delhi being far from sea coast does not show this type of climate.
