Give the mathematical expression for Boyle.s law

Mathematical expression of Boyle.s Law : Suppose a gas occupies volume `V_1` when its pressure is `P_1` , then
`V_1 prop 1/P_1`
`V_1=k/P_1`
`P_1V_1=k`=constant
If `V_2` is the volume occupied when the pressure is `P_2` at the same temperature , then
`V_2 prop 1/P_2`
`V_1=k/P_2`
`P_2V_2`=k =constant
`therefore P_1V_1=P_2V_2`=k , at constant temperature .
This called Boyle.s law equation.
