(i) Methane does not undergo addition reactions, but ethene does.
(ii) Ethyne is more reactive than ethane.

Ethane is a saturated hydrocarbon, while ethyne is an unsaturated hydrocarbon with triple bond which can undergo addition reaction, hence is more reactive than ethane.
