Find the equation of the regression line of y on x, if the observation (x,y) are as follows :
`(1, 4), (2, 8), (3, 2), (4, 12), (5, 10), (6, 14), (7, 16), (8, 6), (9, 18)`
Also, find the estimated value of y when x = 14.
