Find the equation of the line passing th...

Find the equation of the line passing through the point (2,3) and `bot` to the straight line 4x-3y=10.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Any line `bot` to 4x-3y=10 is
3x+4y=k
it passes through (2,3)
`therefore 6+12=k implies k=18`
Hence, required line is
3x+4y=18 i.e 3x+4y-18=0
