A post stands on the top of a pillar 4...

A post stands on the top of a pillar 40ft high. The elevations of the tops of the pillar and the post are respectively `30^@` and `45^@` to an observer standing on the horizontal line from the foot of the pillar. Find the lenght of the post and the distance of the observer from the pillar.
