(a) reading of spring balance (1),
(b) reading of spring balance (2).

For calcutating the reading, first we draw FBD of 20-kg block. F.B.D. of 20 kg
`mg-T=0`
`T=20g=200N`
Since both balance are light so, both the scales will read 20 kg.
