Net upward acceleration.
`a=(Vsigmag-Vrhog)/(Vrho)=((sigma-rho)gh)/rho`
If `h_(a)` is the height in air to which the ball rises, then
`0-(2(sigma-rho)gh)/rho=2(-g)h_(a)`
