Both `3 muF` capacitors will be in parallel, and similarly upper two `1 mu F` capacitors will be in parallel. The circuit may be redrawn as follows:
.
a. `V_(A)-V_(B)=(100xx2)/(6+2)=25 V`
b. `V_(A)-V_(C)=(100xx6)/(6+2)=75 V`
c. `V_(D)-V_(E)=100 V`
d. `C_(eq)=(6xx2)/(6+2)+1=5/2 muF`
`U=1/(2)C_(eq)V^(2)=1/2(5/2xx10^(-6))xx(100)^(2)`
`=125xx10^(-4)J`.
