The normal to the loop, OP, makes an angle `theta=60^@` with the +
x direction, the field direction. Hence,
`tau=NIAB sin theta=(1)(14A)(pixx25xx10^-4m^2)(0.03T) sin 60^@`

The right hand rule shows that the loop will rotate about the
y-axis, so as to decrease the angle labelled `60^@`
