`=(O-V)=48-38=10e^(-,)s`
Step-4: Skeletal structure with 10 shared

step-5: U (unshared `e^(-,)s`) `=(V-S)`
`=38-10=28e^(-,)s`
step-6: Add 28 unshared `e^(-,)`'s to complete the lewis structure .

Note: (x) represents one unshared electrone So, the number of unshared `e^(-,)s=28`
