Why `conc. H_2 SO_4` cannot be used to dry hydrogen sulphide ?

Concentrated `H_(2) SO_(4)` is an oxidising agent, while hydrogen sulphide is reducing agent and both react to form free sulphur. Hence `conc. H_(2) SO_(4)` cannot be used to dry `H_(2) S`.
