Why do food poisoning incidents occur during marriage or other community feasts?

If food is kept uncovered, if not stored in proper containers or if mishandled with dirty hands, then the food gets contaminated. The stale food spoils fast. The perishable items like those made of milk or sweetmeats spoil rapidly. If such food items are served to people carelessly, it results into mass food poisoning. Such incidents do happen in marriage and community feasts.
