Draw the velocity-time graph of an object whose speed is increasing at uniform rate but moving with negative acceleration.

As the acceleration of the object is negative and its velocity is increasing therefore, the object is moving in the negative direction. Hence, the velocity - time graph of such object is a straight line inclined to time axis in the negative side as shown below.
