Although greenhouse gases (`CO_(2), CH_(4), O_(3)`, CFC.s an water vapour) cause global warming, yet they are quit important for the normal functioning of life on earth. The absorb solar energy radiated back from the earth.s surface and keep the atmosphere warm. This helps in the survival living beings and growth of plants on earth. Carbon dioxid is essential for the process of photosynthesis by which plant prepare their food. Ozone acts as an umbrella and protect us from harmful U.V. radiations. Thus, if the greenhous gases are totally missing in the earth.s atmosphere, there will be no plant or animal life on earth.
