Renin : Renin is an enzyme produced by the JG cells. This enzyme catalyses the conversion of angiotensinogen into angiotensin - I.
Rennin : Rennin is also an enzyme found in the gastric juice of infants. It acts on the milk protein case in the presence of calcium ions and convert it into calcium para caseinate and proteoses.
