Why is the ratio of the velocities of light of wavelengths 4000 Å and 8000 Å in vacuum 1 : 1?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

in vacuum the light of each wavelength travels with the same speed i.e., the speed of light of wavelength of 4000 Å is same as that of light of wavelength 8000Å.
