i. A fuel cell is a device,which canconvert a portion of free eniergy change into electrical energy. The fuel used are `H_y, CH_f, CO` etc. The common fuetcell is `H_1^1,-O_3` fuel cell. ii. It is a more efficient method of generating energy and it does not cause pollution.
