What is the value of rate constant at extremely high temperature (T=infinity) Is this rate constant feasible? Why?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

`(At) (T)=infty (k)=(Ae)^(-€_{a}(R)(T))=(Ae)^(o)=(A)` i.e, rate constant = collision frequèncy which is not feasible. becatise `(k)`= A means every collision results into a chemical reaction, which can not be true.
