Emulsion is a colloidal dispersion in which both the dispersed phase and the disperison medium are liquids. The two liquids involved are fmmiscible. Various types of enulsions are: a) Emulsion of oil in water (o/w) type in which oil is the dispersed phase and water is the disper- -sion medium. Eg: 1.
