i) The liquid which gives iodoform tesf is.ethanol. Methanol do not give iodofórm test. Ethanot react with alkaline solution of Iodine `(1 / N a O H)` to form yellow precipitate of iodoform. i) Yes. Ethanol gives iodoform-test while propan-l-ol do not give iodoform test.
